NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 2, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-000329 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JACINTO RODRIGUEZ; EDITH RODRIGUEZ; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; ISPC; TENANT #1 N/K/A RAFAEL GARCIA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
