NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-008941-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and LIONEL LEWIS; BRENDA LEWIS; THE VUE AT LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on January 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
