NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4TH day of February, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-018644-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning, at 11:00 A.M. on the 18TH day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 10, CYPRESS SHORES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK R, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LOT 10, RUN THENCE SOUTH 89º55'34” EAST 517.58 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 10 AND SOUTH LINE OF CYPRESS SHORES-FIRST ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 27, OF THE AFORESAID CYPRESS SHORES-FIRST ADEDITION; RUN THENCE SOUTH 03º42” EAST 84.55 FEET ALONG A LINE BEING AN EXTENSION OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 27 TOA POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 10, CYPRESS SHORES; RUN THENCE NORTH 89º55'34” WEST 576.84 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10; RUN THENCE NORTH 32º34'40” EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
