NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-20473, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and VICTOR M. VILLATE A/K/A VICTOR MANUEL VILLATE; MIRABELLA AT WORLD GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); LILIA R. VILLATE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 17th day of January, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING NO.18 OF MIRABELLA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 9064, PAGE 3388, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
