NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-26627, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. HILTON RESORTS CORPORATION is Plaintiff and SUSAN G. FAKE; MICHAEL S. FAKE; RL VACATION OWNERS ASSOCATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A .0125% undivided tenant in common interest in Phase I of RL VACATION SUITES, as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 9129, Page 1091 in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereto (the “Declaration”).
Grantee owns a TWO BEDROOM Suite with every YEAR Occupancy during the PLATINUM Home Resort Season in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration.
Together with appurtenant undivided interest in common elements of the Project as described in the Declaration
Project 45 Interval Control Number(s): 1704-26
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
