NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-006838-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Certificateholders Cwmbs, Inc. Chl Mortgage Pass-Through Turst 2005-Hyb 7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-Hub7 and Georgine Ward, A/K/A GEORGINE H. WARD; Unknown Spouse of Georgine Ward a/k/a Georgine H. Ward, if any; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants; Regions Bank F/K/A AmSouth Bank; and RIDGEMOORE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 3, 2012 , the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 144, RIDGEMORE PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
