NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 21st day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-026990, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-11 ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and ANDREA N. DUFOUR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA DUFOUR A/K/A ANDREA N. DUFOUR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADAM RUSSELL ROGERS; ADAM RUSSELL ROGERS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNO are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of January, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, KINGSWOOD MANOR SEVENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 44 AND 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
