Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2010 in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-013200-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, PRAIMWATEE BAKSH; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREA PERSAUD; TENANT #2 N/K/A MOHAMED BAKSH; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

LOT 84, OF GROVE HILL UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
