NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-06655, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH1, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH1 is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER A. THOMPSON; AVALON LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR EXPRESS CAPITAL LENDING; THE TOWNHOMES AT AVALON LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER A. THOMPSON; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of January, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, VILLAGE B, AVALON LAKES, PHASE 3, VILLAGES A&B, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 81-86, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
