NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-02584, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york Mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the benefit of alterntive loan trust 2007-4cb mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-4cb is the Plaintiff and derrick m. lockhart; shawn l. lockhart; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc., acting solely as a nominee for quicken loans, inc.; stonebriar property owners association, inc.; unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of January, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 34, stonebriar phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 63, pages 8 through 11, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
