NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004618 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and HOWARD O'DONNELL; MAUREEN O'DONNELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE NORTH AND EAST, HAVING A RADIUS OF 8919.22 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE 145.50 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 0 DEGREES 56' 04”, THENCE NORTH 24 DEGREES 54' 00” EAST 393.63 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 65 DEGREES 06' 00” EAST 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
