NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 23, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-052893 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL A. TRUJILLO; XIOMARA MACIAS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK 3, BUCKINGHAM PARK SUBDIVISION (NORTHEAST SECTION) AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 59, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ORANGE RIVER ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 3 FOR A DISTANCE OF 300 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ORANGE RIVER ROAD TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOT 3 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
