HOUCK A/K/A WILLIAM HOUCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM P. HOUCK A//A WILLIAM HOUCK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on December 29, 2011; Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 23 and 24, block 47, san carlos park subdivision, unit 7, according to the plat thereof as recorded in deed book 315, at page(s) 122 through 158, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
