NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment filed on the 29 day of November, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-003304 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CEDAR CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SCOTT H. GREGORY, RAELYN P. GREGORY, and USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 29 day of December, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
