NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-018041 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO ARTOLA; ADVANTAGE BUILDERS OF AMERICA, INC., and JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash sales are conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 9 day of January 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 25, UNIT 4, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
