NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 4, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-060622 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and GARY A. FELLOWS, II; REBECCA FELLOWS and JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash sales are conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of January 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK 4923, CAPE CORAL UNIT 74, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111 THROUGH 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
