NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 29 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-056904, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES M WILTERDINK; GRAND HAVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES M WILTERDINK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 201, GRAND HAVEN COVE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4221, PAGE 3898, AND ANY AND ALL FUTURE AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
