NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 29 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-050117, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA GIL; FOUNTAIN LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, NA; THE GREENS AT FOUNTAIN LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA GIL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 29 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 801, BUILDING 3170, THE GREENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT #2005000101868, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
