NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 23 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-54533, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and ROBERT ELSON; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A; POINTE ROYALE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; EMMA FRANCES ELSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 28 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 701, OF POINTE ROYALE CONDOMINIUM -A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 1559, PAGE 748, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 192, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
