NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 29 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-017324, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3 is the Plaintiff and MIRELYS R. EXPOSITO A/K/A MIRLEYS EXPOSITO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIRELYS R. EXPOSITO A/K/A MIRELYS EXPOSITO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 29 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 26, UNIT 6, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
