NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-012705 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders, CWMBS, Inc. CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2004-HYB8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-HYB , is the Plaintiff and Lynne Tracy, Robert L. Tracey, Jr. a/k/a Robert Tracey, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 4437, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
