NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36 2010 CA 053375 - DIV L of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Karen A. Bailey, Unknown Spouse of Karen A. Bailey nka Barrington Bailey, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
