NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 7, 2010 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-59764 (H) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, Plaintiff, and DULCINEIA FLEISCHER, GLENN ALBANESE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK NA, JOHN DOE N/K/A LOREN DUNCAN, JANE DOE N/K/A ROSALIE MOLINA, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 11 day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, BLOCK 11, WEDGEWOOD, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 123 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
