NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 09, 2010 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-50401 (I) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS,INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-11, Plaintiff, and MICHELLE FERNANDES, JORGINO DE OLIVEIRA FERNANDES, MARIA LUCIA FERNANDES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE FERNANDES, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, CITY OF FT. MYERS, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) in possession #1 N/K/A JOSE ALVAREZ, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK D, LOVEJOY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
