Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30 day of November, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-050883, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which MARIPOSA CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and HEATHER DEROWITSCH and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 4 day of January, 2012 at, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
UNIT C, BUILDING 7, MARIPOSA CONDOMINIUM, Phase I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3332, Page 2120, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
