NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 29, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-059994 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-40T1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-40T1, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL B. STEVENS; KAREN KRISTINE STEVENS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; PALM ISLAND HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALM ISLAND PHASE 2 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
