NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 29, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-058317 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and GABRIEL EGUEZ A/K/A GABRIEL ARNALDO EGUEZ; CRYSTAL EGUEZ A/K/A CRYSTAL LYNN EGUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHNNY MAYBRIER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
