NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 30 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-020440, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID TISCHLER A/K/A DAVID G TISCHLER; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID NKA YOSHIKO TISCHLER TISCHLER A/K/A UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID G TISCHLER; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Lee County, Florida, known and described as beginning at a point 25 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter, Section 7, Township 43 South, Range 25 East and running East 550 feet parallel to Nalle Grade Road, thence South 396 feet, thence West 550 feet; thence North 396 feet to the point of beginning. Less and Except: Beginning at a Point 25 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, thence East 550 feet, thence South 291 feet to the point of the beginning, thence West 276 feet; thence South 105 feet thence East 276 feet; thence North 105 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO: Restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any, and taxes for the year of the closing and subsequent years
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
