NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 30 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-54063, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER W BROWN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER BROWN; NATIONAL CITY BANK; KATHERINE R BROWN A/K/A KATHERINE BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER W BROWN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHERINE R BROWN A/K/A KATHERINE BROWN; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 21, UNIT 4, SECTION 17, LEHIGH ACRES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 451, PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
