NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 30 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-14203, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SHARON A. WISE; HOBO ENTERPRISES OF SANIBEL, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; PADDLE CREEK CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A MRS. WISE; JOHN DOE N/K/A MELVIN WISE; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
