RUSE A/K/A FRANK RUSE; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in LEE County, Florida, to-wit:
UNIT 218 OF RIVERWALK COVE FKA HARBOUR CAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 956, PAGE 63, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before - or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Ft. Myers FL 33901 either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
