Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 1, 2011, the Clerk will sell the Property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Parcel 1:
Lots 15, 16, 27, 28, 43, and 44, Block F, RIVER HALL COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE TWO, according to map or plat thereof recorded as Clerk's Instrument No. 2006000409514, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Lot 7, Block A, AND Lot 8, Block D, WEST BAY CLUB, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 79 through 111, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
(hereinafter, the “Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 9:00 a.m., on January 4, 2012, via the Internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
