NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 12, 2010 and Civil Case No.: 36-2008-CA-021205, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES, 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff, and, FERNANDO GALVAN; NOELL GALVAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; JOHN DOE N/K/A ARTURO GALVAN; JANE DOE N/K/A MARIA GALVAN ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 28, UNIT 5, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 227 PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty 60 days after the sale.
