NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 14, 2010 and an order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 1, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-060933 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and LYFETE EGALITE; IRLENE M. EGALITE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 11 day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, CHULA VISTA MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE (S) 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
