Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No. 11-CA-050796, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. , a Delaware limited liability partnership, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are ROBERT A. LEE, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT A. LEE, JR.; RSK LIMITED LIABILTY COMPANY, a New York limited liability company; DIVERSIFIED AUTOMOTIVE CONCEPTS, INC., a New York corporation; PUBLIX EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CAPE HARBOUR AT CAPE CORAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation; ANY PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF LOT 75 NOT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS; and ANY PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF LOT 76 NOT SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on December 28, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lots 75 and 76, Block 6502, CAPE CORAL CAMELOT (UNIT 75), according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 37 through 49, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
