NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed December 1, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-066639 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Hana Harpaz are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES May 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A TRACT OR PACEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORWEST QUARTER (N.W. 1/4) OF SAID SECTION 11, thence run west along the north line of said section 11 for 1181.50 feet; thence run south for 30.00 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of tice street (60 feet wide) and the point of beginning; thence run east along said southerly right-of-way line for 203.42 feet; thence run s 00 degrees 15'35” w for 493.56 feet; thence run west for 200.18 feet; thence run north for 493.56 feet to the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
