NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-001050 DIV G, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and ILDEFONSO HERRERA; IRIS M. ORELLANA A/K/A IRIS ORELLANA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN, INC TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANK ROMERO; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale on the 4 day of January, 2012 Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43 AND 44, BLOCK 3986 OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 55, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
