NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-ca-018024 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PNC Mortgage, A Division of PNC Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to National City Mortgage, A Division of National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Derek R. Benson, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on December 22, 2011 the following described property set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41 AND 42, BLOCK 1014, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 24, A SUBDIVISION ACCORIDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 64 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
