NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 1, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-055387 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and MUHAMMAD KHAN; TENANT #1 N/K/A ADILA KAHN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BADAR KAHN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
