NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 1, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-051771 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and MANUEL GODINEZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANCISCO GUITERREZ N/K/A FRANCISCO GUITERREZ; TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGEL GURITERREZ N/K/A ANGEL GURITERREZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
