NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 1, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-056350 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and EMMANUEL GONZALEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMMANUEL GONZALEZ,; MILAGROS ROSADO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILAGROS ROSADO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CAPE CORAL HOUSING REHABILITATION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY; STATE OF FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY; LEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
