NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 1 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 03-CA-04834, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. is the Plaintiff and BRIAN R LEWIS A/K/A BRIAN LEWIS, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III C/O CORPORATION SYSTEM, REGISTERED AGENT, ALLSTAR REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC C/O SUSAN MCGINNIS, A MEMBER OF THE LAST BOARD OF DIRECTORS and PAMELA A. LEWIS A/K/A PAMELA LEWIS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SUNSET COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE(S) 107.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
