NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Motion and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 30 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-061143, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and GRACE HUET; TONY A. HUET; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR SERVICE MORTGAGE UNDERWRITERS, INC.; MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant (s); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 222, Building 13631, of MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Clerk's File No. 2006000193275, and any amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
