NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 2 day of December 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-055315, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT W. HEDDEN; RIVERSIDE BANK OF THE GULF COAST, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A JOHN MOSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT W. HEDDEN; AND UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at, www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 31, UNIT 8, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
