NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 2 day of December 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-55217, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 (JPMACC 2006-CH2) is the Plaintiff and DONNA PETIT-FORT, CHASE BANK USA, N.A., FLAUDANISE BARLARTIER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FLAUDANISE BARLARTIER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA PETIT-FORT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at, www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 13, UNIT 2, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
