NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 24, 2010, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-070787 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Amy Jo Tate a/k/a Amy J. Tate are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, UNIT 2, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
