NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-000223 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For Morgan Stanley Abs Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Fontanez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, Unknown Spouse of Jose A. Fontanez, Unknown Spouse Of Yazmin Diaz A/K/A Yazmin Diaz Castro, Yazmin Diaz a/k/a Yazmin Diaz Castro, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
