NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-ca-000693 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The Ace Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-nc2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Lance Blackburn, Virginia Evenson, Unknown Spouse of Lance Blackburn, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 13 and 14, block 2108, unit 32, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 16, pages 1 through 13, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
