NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed December 5, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-054623 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-6 Trust Plaintiff and Joe Damota and Wilfredo Gonzalez and Paula Gonzalez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, January 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 627, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 TO 173, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
