NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of December 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-054520, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BONNIE S. LEVINSON YURKO A/K/A BONNIE SUE LEVINSON YURKO; WHISKEY CREEK VILLAGE GREEN SECTION THREE ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A BERTHA LAMONT and RICHARD M. YURKO A/K/A RICHARD M. TURKO SR. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at, www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 309, WHISKEY CREEK VILLAGE GREEN, SECTION THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 803, PAGE 634, ET SEQ., AS MAY BE AMENDED, AND AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 198, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
